The purpose of this policy is to inform our valued customers about the services they can anticipate from Glitz Nail & Lashes, along with the measures and processes available in the event that you, as a customer, are dissatisfied with the services provided by Glitz Nail & Lashes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

In the event that your nails incur scratches or become misshaped, we will gladly rectify the issue, provided you inform the salon where you received the service within 24 hours of the initial appointment.

To ensure prompt service correction, please schedule an appointment within 7 days of your initial nail service.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or credit notes for cases where you simply change your mind.

Should you be unsatisfied with the quality of our work, we will gladly redo the service at no additional cost, provided you communicate your dissatisfaction immediately after the service is performed.

As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.

Any costs incurred for repairs or replacements resulting from damage you've caused, such as neglect or damage to the finish of your nails (e.g., breakage, chipping, or lifting), will be charged accordingly.

If you have any inquiries about nail care, please do not hesitate to ask our nail technicians.

Punctuality
Should you anticipate arriving late for your appointment, kindly get in touch with a salon coordinator. In cases where you expect a delay exceeding ten minutes, we cannot guarantee the completion of the scheduled services. However, rest assured, we will make every possible effort to accommodate your request.

Personal Belongings
Glitz Nail & Lashes is not responsible for any damage to personal items that may occur during our services. We kindly request that you exercise caution when handling nail polishes and take a moment to ensure you have not left any belongings behind.

Payment Options
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover for all services and products. Please note that we do not accept checks or any other alternative payment methods.
